iSIP v2.2 iPhone SIP application

The iSIP v 2.2 (formerly SipPhone) iPhone application was recently launched. The new version supports call recording. It already supported other business class features like hold and call transfer.

Version 2.2 includes OnSIP as a 'Support Provider'. This is great in that the 'basic' OnSIP settings are already in the phone.

On my phone, I'm having problems with one-way audio (no inbound audio to the iSIP device) and static on my outgoing audio. We're working with them to fine-tune the OnSIP settings and to work on the static.

I'm in the beta test for version 3.0 which is currently in the AppStore approval process. As soon as I get 3.0 installed, I'll let you know how it goes.

Generally we're very excited about iSIP in that it is a REAL SIP user agent. It's not a proxy (a la fring) or a work around (Truphone). It currently costs $6.99 and is available in the AppStore.
