SNOM 320 Review Update: Improvements in Voice Quality and Interoperability

Here is some good news for today: Charlotte re-reviewed the SNOM 320 as a result of a recent inquiry and discovered some improvements.

Previously, we observed issues in completing attended call transfers with some other vendors’ phones. We also found sub-optimal voice quality. As of firmware release version 7.3.30, we believe these issues were resolved. We have bumped up our JN test rating by one in both categories. The full phone review can be found here.

Also, please note It is highly suggested that OnSIP customers using SNOM M3's update to the latest firmware versions as outlined in our Knowledge Base. In addition, users should reset to factory defaults and follow the configuration instructions in our Knowledge Base.
