Business Intelligence Group, the organization that administers this annual business awards program, revealed the recipients of the 2023 awards this week. OnSIP was acclaimed as a winner in the Organization of the Year, 11-100 employees category.

Nominations for the Excellence in Customer Service Awards are judged by a panel of business executives. Winners, who range from executives and managers to organizations and technology providers, are selected for their distinguishable level of customer service and singular focus on setting their customers up for success.
