- Reps can now share their screen with customers on sayso video calls
- When a rep receives a sayso call, a pulsing red dot appears and a sound occurs to indicate when the customer and rep can begin talking
- In the sidebar, muted information now appears on calls
- A confirmation message now appears when you add a contact
- Some rare cases where calls can not be made or received have been fixed
- Calls that go to voicemail now appear as “missed” instead of “answered” in call history
