Fixes

  • Business hour rules grid view is now in alphabetical order.
  • Bug where business hour rules did not save properly has been fixed.
  • Issue where, in some cases, the business hour rules table’s order gets shuffled around has been fixed.
  • Users that have an asterisk in their extensions can now make changes to their voicemail.
  • Voicemail PIN field does not disappear in cases where there are no PIN numbers entered.
  • User interface view for the Contact Support card in the login page has been fixed.
  • Parking lot extensions star code now defaults to *44 for the parking lot address and *45 for the parking lot retrieval.
  • Ongoing call timer now does not reset when switching from and back to the administrators portal.
  • Private support tickets are now hidden from the Zendesk ticket list on the Support page.
  • Prepaid transactions with taxes now display the associated tax information.
  • Issue where agents can see other organization users when selecting members for E911 locations has been fixed.
  • Issue where agents cannot see their commission payment information has been fixed.
  • Agents can now visit the Support page for any of their customers.

Features

  • Agents can now download a csv file of their commission payment information.
  • The PBX settings section has been updated. Some of the pages have an edit mode to make clear when information is saved.
