  • Agent summary queue report is showing the information in the correct columns. 
  • You can now create a new voicemail with a custom greeting.
  • HubSpot enabled users are able to query contact information based on the phone number called.
  • Pages are now realigned under the Administrators tab to line up with an internally used grid.
