Fixes
- Personal call link in status menu now sends to the appropriate link
- HubSpot timeline events are created again on sayso calls
- If an overlay was open, it now disappears when switching pages
- Global Availability now displays properly when changed on other devices
- Call history produced by calls from other endpoints now displays correctly
- sayso call history now shows appropriate number of calls
- Slack channels can once again be added to contact list
