The call interface and Recent Calls page have been visually updated, and there were some fixes to Video Conference and Attended Transfer.

Video Conference now functions as expected when the conference is held and new callers join.

Some edge cases with attended transfer leading to no audio have been fixed.

The voicemail indicator has returned to being outside of the menu, as well as on the Voicemail line.

There were a few unnecessary cases where scrollbars were visible, they have been removed.
