Fixed issues with Video Conference, international calling, and some cases of poor internet connectivity.

Video Conference would occasionally not show callers after the second caller, with mixed audio results. This is no longer the case.

Starting numbers with a + sign, and copy pasting of international numbers in some formats, was not working correctly. These should both behave as expected now.

There were some cases where your phone could disconnect and be stuck in that state until refresh. The app will now continually attempt a reconnect.
