Fixed an issue regarding ringing following auto-login, better handling of audio/video mid-call, and a handful of internal fixes.

The version of Chrome bundled with our app (66) as of the prior release has a new autoplay policy that requires user interaction before any sound is played. As the app refreshes in the background, it was possible that to receive a call before any user interaction, and no ringing would be heard. The autoplay policy is disabled with this release.

If a renegotiation occurred mid-call (some third party SIP providers do this), our app would not maintain audio and video state through that process, so it was possible to be unmuted without knowledge of it. This state is now maintained.
