We're excited to attend ITEXPO on August 11-14, the world's leading business technology trade show that attracts a range of service providers, carriers, enterprises, resellers, and developers. OnSIP CTO John Riordan will speak at ITEXPO's Smart Voice Conference on the panel "Service Providers and Smart Voice - How Do They Fit Together?" at 4:30 PM on 8/11 (Monday).
On the same day, OnSIP VP of Marketing and Product Management Nicole Hayward will also be speaking on the panel "What WebRTC Means to Your Enterprise Communications" at 2:30 PM. Other OnSIP team members will showcase our InstaCall solution at booth 200 in the Enterprise WebRTC Solutions Pavilion.

John Riordan Speaks On Smart Voice and WebRTC
OnSIP CTO John Riordan will join Alon Cohen from Phone.com to discuss smart voice trends involving recording/archiving, hypervoice text-to-speech indexing, voice biometrics, and voice analytics. They will also speak about the smart voice features their respective services offer, what they plan to implement in the coming months, and the latest features on their engineering to-do list.
"I will discuss WebRTC's ability to structure communication sessions that can leverage the context in which they are initiated, established, and terminated," John said. "There are a few aspects of WebRTC that make arbitrary data manipulation by the communicating parties possible, including WebRTC’s tight integration with the web, its unrestricted signaling layer requirements, and its freedom from carrier manipulation. These capabilities can shape communications sessions intelligently and purposefully to serve the end users."

Nicole Hayward Talks WebRTC Enterprise Solutions
Nicole Hayward will also participate in a panel shortly before John's talk. She will join Billy Chia (Digium), Jeff Dell (Empirix), Sajeel Hussein (CafeX), and moderator Chris Vitek (WebRTC Strategies) to discuss the ramifications WebRTC has for enterprise communications. This session will provide an update on the growth and maturation of WebRTC to date, and include a discussion of how enterprises can make use of this emerging opportunity.
"ITEXPO brings together a wide array of experts in business technology," Nicole said. "I am looking forward to speaking with service providers and telecom resellers about how OnSIP can help them harness this technology. While only an estimated 6% of attendees at the last ITEXPO were developers, I believe everyone in the business communications industry should be in-the-know on the state of adoption, existing tools, and market predictions."
