Last week, we joined ITEXPO Miami 2014, along with what was anticipated to be over 200 exhibiters and over 7,000 attendees. Situated in the Enterprise WebRTC Pavilion, we had a blast educating attendees about OnSIP's InstaCall Beta, a ground-breaking channel for sales and support teams to have instant, secure, video-enabled communications.

InstaCall is an end-to-end product that allows website visitors to initiate a web-based voice or video call to a company's hosted PBX simply by clicking a button. Sales and support agents on the other end can answer incoming calls with their own designated browser phone and start receiving contextual information about the caller before they even pick up the call.

Here are a few pictures of me, Nicole Hayward, VP of Marketing & Product Development here at OnSIP, talking about how we've integrated WebRTC into our mature real-time communications platform.

And here's a tease: Next week, this functionality will be available to our customers (you'll receive an email announcement), and we are now offering support to service providers who'd like to integrate WebRTC with their own communications platforms. If you're a service provider looking to leverage the triumph that is WebRTC-to-SIP-to-PSTN calls in any way, shape, or form that fits your platform and customers, let us know here.

We've been talking about the benefits of a fully enabled WebRTC solution for some time now, and are excited to finally get it into your hands. A special thanks goes out to WebRTC World for mentioning our presentation in a recent post.
