OnSIP Partners: We hope that you’ve had the opportunity to log into the new Agent Admin Portal, explore the dashboard, and support your clients in it!
For those who may not have logged in yet, the new portal is found within the OnSIP web app at app.onsip.com. Simply log in with your Agent SIP address and password to access it.
To help you familiarize yourself with the portal and what you can do in it, we’ve recorded a few short how-to videos. These videos explore specific parts of the portal, showcasing its improvements over the legacy agent portal as well as how to navigate its sections.

Switching between the Agent Admin Portal and Your Business’s Account Admin Portal
If you also use OnSIP for your business’s phone system, you can seamlessly switch between the Agent Admin Portal and your account’s admin portal. Click on the menu in the upper right corner and select either App settings or Agent Portal to move between the two.
Using the Support Hub
Selecting Support in the left nav menu brings you to the Support Hub of the portal. From here, you can see contact information for your dedicated Channel Sales Engineer as well as a section where you can submit support tickets. There are also links to OnSIP’s Knowledgebase and Partner Resources page.
Improvements to Your Commission Reports
Clicking on Commission in the left nav menu pulls up your past commission reports and other transactions. You can use the search field here to type in and locate specific data or accounts. You can also sort and filter the columns in your commission reports to more easily find the information that you need.
