OnSIP at ITEXPO
We are headed down to Miami for ITEXPO East 2014 on January 28-31 to demonstrate our latest WebRTC venture, InstaCall, at the event's new Enterprise WebRTC Pavilion. Our team members will bask among interested resellers, enterprises, and developers, all of whom have a marked interest in emerging communications technologies.
This year's ITEXPO will feature over 200 exhibiters and over 7,000 attendees. With 140 speakers packed into three days of floor time, the event will be one of the most ambitious communications trade shows of the year. Dr. Satwant Kaur, who is hailed as the "First Lady of Emerging Technologies", will deliver the keynote address.
Introducing InstaCall to the Community
Our team will be demonstrating our end-to-end InstaCall product at the Enterprise WebRTC Pavilion, a new showcase of applications and solutions that utilize WebRTC. InstaCall allows website visitors to initiate a web-based voice or video call to a company's hosted PBX simply by clicking a button. Sales and support agents on the other end can answer incoming calls with their own designated browser phone and start receiving data about the caller before they even pick up the call. The team is very excited to be sharing this solution with the community at ITEXPO.
Our own Channel Manager, Andy Ogg, will also be giving a talk entitled 'Hosted PBX Meets WebRTC', wherein he will further discuss how OnSIP InstaCall - made possible by integrating SIP and WebRTC - will help optimize sales and support processes.
