OnSIP Admin Portal Gets a Facelift

We're happy to announce that our Admin Portal is getting a brand new facelift just in time for the new year. Starting today, users will notice a reimagined design when they log into the Admin Portal. The change is entirely aesthetic and will not alter functionality in any way, but the sleek new design is just a preview of things to come. We have many exciting features we're planning to release in 2015, and it all starts with this revamped interface.

Here are a few highlighted design changes:

  • Side navigation for a more scrollable experience
  • Call Support / Sales button in a better position in the bottom left
  • Prominent drop-down to switch between multiple organizations (domains)
  • Admin user information is now in a drop-down on the top right

"We’ve refreshed the look of the OnSIP Admin Portal in preparation for some exciting new features to come,” said Vice President of Marketing and Product Management Nicole Hayward. "The main change is the navigation is now on the side, providing our interface team with some better flexibility. In the future, we can layer in new views, including better mobile and tablet support. For now, we’re happy to enter the new year with a more simple and modern look.”
