We love to hear from our customers!

While it’s certainly wonderful to get compliments when our service is excellent or when our Customer Success team members have gone above and beyond in helping a customer, critical comments help us to improve our service, streamline our features, and just make OnSIP work better for our customers’ businesses.

For more than a year now, we’ve been inviting our customers to review OnSIP on Trustpilot, an online review community. We’re grateful for each and every review that we’ve received; your feedback has motivated us and helped us to continually improve OnSIP. And we’re truly honored by the TrustScore—Trustpilot’s calculation of a company’s customer satisfaction rate—that our customers have given us: At the time of this writing, our score is 4.6/5, a leading TrustScore among our UCaaS competitors!

Donating to the Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC)

As a way to say thank you to our customers for taking time out of their busy days to write a review, we also ran a donation program in 2019 to the Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC). For each review that a customer wrote on our Trustpilot page, we donated $10 to the ITDRC. From the donation program's inception in February 2019 through November 2019, we proudly donated $1,400 to the ITDRC—and we were within striking distance to reach $1,500 by the end of December!

ITDRC: Connecting Communities in Crisis™

The ITDRC is a nonprofit organization that sends teams of volunteers to communities affected by natural disasters. After deploying, the organization provides emergency communications and technical equipment to first responders and afflicted residents.

How OnSIP Supports the ITDRC

In the past, OnSIP has happily supported the ITDRC by contributing resources—including IP phones, free VoIP calling, and phone numbers—after disasters such as 2017’s Hurricane Harvey and 2018’s Hurricane Florence. Our Senior Director of Customer Success, Larry Browne, is even a current volunteer at the ITDRC. He traveled to San Francisco this past February to participate in one of their multi-day volunteer-training conferences.

Bring on 2020!

Thank you to all of our customers who’ve written reviews of OnSIP on our Trustpilot page! As we welcome 2020, we’re especially excited for our continued development and enhancement of sayso, our free voice and video web chat solution. Let’s keep the conversation going throughout the new year!
