Please ensure your OnSIP username is in lower-case.
In order to incorporate future system enhancements, OnSIP username are now case sensitive (lower-case). Those customers using our Polycom boot server are unaffected. If your phone is currently working, then it is unaffected. Customers who provision their phones via WWW interface of the phone, and whose phone stopped working recently: please check the username in the phone to ensure that it is in lower-case.
