Recently, we announced Music on Hold (MoH) is here. We hope you've been enjoying the ability to customize your callers' on hold experience with thousands of music options. Today, we've taken another step in this customization: MoH in HD Conferencing. The conference MoH is the music that plays when only one user has entered the conference bridge and is waiting for the others to join.
You can edit the music stream for a particular conference bridge by editing that conference bridge under Apps.
With conference MoH, users can select from the three standard music streams. Or, they can add a stream from the thousands of icecast stations (under Resources > Add a Music Resource).
