New York, NY (PRWEB) August 4, 2010

Junction Networks announced today the availability of Music on Hold (MoH) for OnSIP customers. Customers can choose from three standard music options or from thousands of Internet radio streams for an enhanced experience. For users looking for custom music or recordings, they can simply enter the URL of any Shoutcast, Icecast, or other audio media stream hosted on the Internet in their OnSIP account.

“As many of our customers asked for MoH, we wanted to offer an innovative solution, with lots of music to choose from,” said Rob Wolpov, president, Junction Networks. “From basic elevator, to custom company messaging, to their favorite radio stations, customers can now tailor their callers’ on-hold experience. And, it can be customized right down to each individual OnSIP user – playing different MoH streams based on which OnSIP user was called.”

Standard MoH streams will be available to OnSIP package subscribers at no charge. Users can get enhanced MoH for $19.95 per month, which integrates the use of over one-hundred thousand pre-loaded Internet streams. Enhanced MoH also includes the option to leverage a custom Internet stream by simply entering the custom URL into the OnSIP admin interface.
