Industry Veteran to Discuss Ongoing Debate of Hosted versus On-Premise VoIP

New York, NY

Junction Networks announced today that Michael Oeth, the company’s CEO, will be presenting at this year’s IT Expo East, taking place in Miami, Florida, February 2 - 4, 2011. He will take part in a panel discussion on Hosted vs. On-premises VoIP, an ongoing debate within the industry as to which is the preferred choice for business customers.

“Switching to an IP-based phone system is often an easy decision when factoring in cost savings and the availability of rich features. However, the decision to either purchase your own equipment or choose a hosted model is not quite as simple, and many struggle with this decision,” said Michael Oeth, CEO of Junction Networks. “During this panel session, we will address scenarios wherein each option is preferred. We will also discuss the option of a hybrid solution, offering tips for those who are considering making a switch to an IP telephony.”

IT Expo is a two-day event addressing all aspects of IP Communications. Michael Oeth’s session will take place on Friday, February 4th from 11:00 - 11:45 AM at the Miami Convention Center.
