Unlimited users means that there is no per-user cost with OnSIP. You can have as many users, extensions and phones as you need. Secondly, each user can be simultaneously registered on up to 10 SIP devices. The same user can have a phone in the office, a phone in the home office, a soft phone on a laptop for travel and an application on a iPhone (or smartphone) all at no additional cost with Junction Networks.

Unlimited extensions means that there is no per-extension cost with OnSIP. You can have as many users, extensions and phones as you need. Additionally, you can add extensions to every aspect of your PBX including external phone numbers. With that, extensions can act as speed-dial numbers to even further increase your productivity.

All extension-to-extension calls are FREE. Additionally, any calls to other SIP addresses are also free.

Groups can be set up one of two ways - either as a simultaneous ring group, in which everyone in the group's phones ring when a new call comes in, or a hunt group where calls go down the list from the first user to the last. There is a 10 member limit on all groups.

Additional Groups can be purchased for $14.95/month each

Voice Mailboxes allow callers to leave a message. Messages can be accessed via the phone or can be sent as email attachments.

Additional Voicemail boxes can be purchased for $2.00/month each

Attendant menus allow you to set up a touchtone menu, e.g. "Thank you for calling Acme corp. Press one for sales, two for customer service or dial the extension of the person you are trying to reach". That would be a single auto attendant. You get three attendant menus so that you can either nest them or have multiple phone numbers answered by separate menus.

Dial by Name Directories allow callers to enter the name of a user he or she wants to talk to by typing the user's name with the phone keyboard. All packages include one Dial by Name directory.

Business Hour Routing rules allow you to set your company's standard business hours, and then apply call routing rules based on if the office is open or closed.

Business Hour Routing rules are free. You can create as many rules as you need.

With OnSIP, the maintenance and management of your business VoIP telephone system is included. You also receive unlimited technical support for free!

Included is my.OnSIP, a unified communications interface for each user that runs right in your internet browser. Check and play your messages, instant message coworkers, manage phone calls and your work presence all from my.OnSIP.

Add additional voice mailboxes to any package for just $2 each per month.

Our conference bridge gives you access to a dedicated, private bridge that you can use on an unlimited basis at any time with no per minute charges for internal callers. You can also allow callers from outside of your organization to reach the bridge. Those calls will be charged by the minute as if the call was a simple inbound call.

Additional Conference Bridges (15 users) can be purchased for $19.95/month.

Traditionally only used by large call centers, ACD Queues allow you to handle your incoming calls based on a variety of ring strategies. Unlike groups, ACD Queues require you to log into the queue using your OnSIP registered phone. Once logged in, you will get calls sent to you from the queue based on the ring strategy selected.

Additional 5 channel ACD Queues can be purchased for $19.95 per month.
