The company is a growing startup with 15 employees who currently work out of their office. Before OnSIP, the company was using Microsoft Teams for their phone service. Mary relays that “While Teams is powerful, it requires an IT department or a managed service provider to handle setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. With rising IT labor costs, we knew we needed something far more flexible, easier to manage, and reliable without the hefty overhead.”

While setting up our service, they configured our integration with Odoo VoIP and deployed it to their staff members. This integration places a VoIP softphone widget directly in the Odoo dashboard, so there's no juggling multiple tabs or logging into separate platforms. Incoming calls trigger automatic caller ID matching—the system pulls up the contact's Odoo record and displays it on your rep's screen in real-time. And since the softphone fully integrates with Odoo’s suite of CRM and ERP applications, users can handle related tasks like emailing, meeting scheduling, and ticket management all from the same interface.

Mary describes the integration's impact on her startup's productivity: “OnSIP allows us to fully integrate our phone system with our existing CRM, Odoo, without the need for an additional outside VoIP provider.
