OnSIP, a cloud private branch exchange provider, recently announced its partnership with professional consulting organization Telecom Brokers that seeks to enhance the consultant’s communications capabilities within its network of businesses across the U.S.

Telecom Brokers, reportedly, selected OnSIP to take advantage of its established relationship with more than 30,000 businesses as well as its development of the InstaCall platform, which can provide sales and support capabilities to any website with the use of WebRTC. Now, Telecom Brokers can take advantage of that same technology and provide its own customers with instant voice and video connections through any HTML5-capable Web browser. Nancy Ridge, vice president of Telecom Brokers, commented on the company’s excitement for the partnership.

“With their breakthrough WebRTC solution and unique approach to pricing their Hosted VoIP services, OnSIP adds scope and choice to the Telecom Brokers portfolio,” Ridge said. “We are excited to bring these new solutions to our Agent Partners.”

TMC’s WebRTC World announced the beta release of InstaCall back in February, and followed up with the product this past April. InstaCall, it said, runs on the OnSIP network which provides the platform-as-a-service functionality for the product to function. The InstaCall product allows developers to build their own WebRTC applications; the OnSIP network platform makes it easy to connect those products to customers through business websites.

OnSIP also mentioned its excitement with the recent collaboration. It said it would help Telecom Brokers agents by providing them with training and product support so they can properly interact with their own customers. Ridge further commented that she had met Nicole Hayward, the vice president of marketing for OnSIP, through Women of the Channel – an annual list CRN releases that highlights the accomplishments of female executives.

She and the other members of Telecom Brokers are apparently gearing up to enhance their business model that has already won them honor of making the Top 30 Communications Companies report, ranked this year by the Orange County Business Journal. It joined the ranks of companies the likes of Windstream, TelePacific, and Level3. The addition of the OnSIP infrastructure and development capabilities should only enhance its standing.
