You are probably aware that we review IP phones. And, we keep phones on hand to help our customers troubleshoot configuration hurdles. Up until now, we've had the phones in various places - On desks, under desks, plugged in, unplugged, in boxes, in different offices... It's time for some clean up!
Just recently, the engineering team decided to organize the phones and begin what we refer to our "phone lab." Thanks to Eric, here's a quick glimpse at the first step.
