Automatic Call Tracking Now Available for Popular CRM Tool

Published: January 20, 2012

New York, NY

Today, Junction Networks announced a new integration that enhances customer relationship management for small businesses. This integration, a Chrome plugin, combines two powerful, web-based tools for small business: OnSIP phone service and Highrise CRM.

"Highrise is a great tool for tracking your email, documents, meetings, and deals with your customers,” said Rob Wolpov, President of Junction Networks. “Like email, we thought it would be really helpful if you could sync up your phone conversations automatically in Highrise too.”

As a leading business VoIP provider that’s grounded in Internet services and software, rather than traditional telephony, OnSIP has all the tools to make auto call-tracking in Highrise a reality. (In fact, the tools are also available to the public in their developer API’s). Now, customers take advantage of time-saving features, including: automatic incoming and outgoing call logging within Highrise, real-time notifications when contacts are calling, and the ability to click-to-call phone numbers within web pages.

“Like Highrise, OnSIP is focused on simplifying communication for businesses. It was a no-brainer for us to make these tools work together…Now, when you talk to someone on the phone, a little birdie will note it for you in Highrise," comments Rob Wolpov.

The OnSIP-Highrise plugin is available in the Google Chrome Extension library. More information on this integration is available on the OnSIP website.
