Telecom Brokers agents now may offer services including WebRTC capabilities and hosted VoIP, thanks to a new partnership with cloud PBX provider OnSIP.

The deal arose from both companies’ participation in the four-year-old Women in the Channel (WiC) organization. Telecom Brokers’ Nancy Ridge helped start WiC, and OnSIP’s Nicole Hayward serves on the board.

As a result, Telecom Brokers’ indirect sales force has access to pay-as-you-go pricing plans, BYOD options and the InstaCall platform, which lets companies add video sales and support to their websites, with one click. Instacall supports WebRTC and is interoperable with OnSIP’s hosted PBX features and the PSTN.

"With their breakthrough WebRTC solution and unique approach to pricing their hosted VoIP services, OnSIP adds scope and choice to the Telecom Brokers portfolio," said Ridge, vice president of Telecom Brokers, in a press release.

“This is the perfect example of how being a WiC member helps our business grow," she added.

OnSIP has provided business VoIP services since 2004. The company owns and operates its own platform, and earlier this year earned a patent for geographic SIP scaling.
