Awful. When a call is received, your phone will start screaming OnSIP's nonconfigurable ringtone at Media volume. If you tap the notification to answer the call, the app will open... and then spend twenty seconds trying to authenticate. (How can an unauthenticated app receive calls to begin with?) I have been using the app for over a year and I have never been able to answer a call with it because of this issue. This app is only useful for checking voicemail and outgoing calls.

The app is not very well thought out. It's layout is fine but it's too simple and lacks a lot of features. It's slow to respond to touch input and the buttons are improperly sized. It also causes strange issues with Bluetooth devices. The app causes the BT device to think you are on a phone call (even when a call is not active). This means you can't auto-play audio and you have to end the 'call' before doing anything else. Sometimes that doesn't even work and a phone restart is required.

This app has so much promise, I fully expect to raise my rating to four or five stars as it matures. For now, the biggest issue is that, on my Pixel 3, sound quality goes down the tubes if the screen is locked or if I switch to another app. The background audio is really terrible. Staying logged in is another key feature as it will eventually get logged out and calls go to voicemail instead of ringing through. Notification features are pretty basic at this point. It would be nice to have an in-call notification featuring mute/hangup/hold and an option to have a persistent notification for logged in state. Selecting audio interface (on-device vs bluetooth) would be great as would merging / conferencing would be a nice feature in once the above issues are worked out. Having said all that, the configuration is superbly smooth and, if the call is kept in the foreground, the call experience is high quality and solid.
