New OnSIP customers can purchase toll free and local numbers on the spot, but they can also choose to keep their numbers by "porting" their phone number. This is a brief announcement to let you know that we are decreasing our number porting pricing to $15 per DID (number)* for all new number ports beginning today, June 26, 2012.
The pricing decrease to a flat fee is in response to feedback from our customers, resellers, and internal team. For more information on the Local Number Portability (LNP) process with OnSIP, you can visit here. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support team.
*Note: If you are porting from more than 5 carriers or providers, we may charge an administrative fee of $30 per carrier / provider above 5. This is an unusual case, and we will inform you of any possible additional charges prior to submitting your port to our vendors.
