Gave the app a fresh new look and fixed some bugs.

#### Features

- Contacts in “Favorites” now show [Global Availability](https://support.onsip.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034854812)
- Added a banner to make it clear when you are on local Do Not Disturb

#### Improvements

- If Global Availability is set to “available,” the app now includes a logout confirmation warning reminding users to set themselves to “away” if they prefer not to receive calls anywhere

#### Fixes

- Resolved various bugs, including those that caused the app to crash
