Internal improvements and bug fixes.

#### Fixes

- Chat notifications appear correctly again
- Changing users between **sayso** managers and regular users is now disabled for users who are unable to make those changes
- Call history calls picked up elsewhere now update when the call ends instead of showing as missed
- Fixed case where **sayso** video calls would occasionally not receive the screenshare option

#### Operations

- Updated Angular to version 10
