Added an alternative way of disabling inbound calls notifications on mobile, allowing users to still utilize the other features of the app after-hours.

#### New

- Added a local "Do Not Disturb" toggle in the Settings tab. Enabling this will prevent notifications for incoming calls on your mobile device. (note: your other devices will still ring)

#### Fixes

- Fixed a crash that would occur due to network loss
- Users are now notified if an attempted call transfer fails
- Various stability and performance fixes
