A multi-line deskphone is a staple in today’s business world— in fact, the high-end business phones on the market offer 4+ lines right on the interface. On a typical desk phone, multi-line functionality allows an office worker to manage multiple calls, but it also can enable a receptionist to receive calls that were made to more than one phone number or destination. We’re excited to have upgraded InstaPhone this week to provide multi-line capability.

The new Smart Queue Dashboard with InstaPhone integration
We're happy to announce our latest hosted PBX feature - Smart Queues, or ACD Queues that allow our customers to gather pertinent insights into their sales and support operations with a real-time dashboard and queue reporting.

We're happy to announce our inclusion in Gartner's recently released "Cool Vendors in Unified Communications, 2015" report for OnSIP InstaPhone, available in the Salesforce AppExchange. The Cool Vendor distinction was given this year to five providers for their advancements in UC. The report focused on providers leveraging the latest video communications technologies, including Web Real-Time Communications (WebRTC)

National Channel Manager Shawn Paprocki
We're happy to introduce Shawn Paprocki, the latest member of the OnSIP Team!
Shawn will be working as a National Channel Manager, a position that makes him our lead contact for agents and resellers across the country. He comes to us from Armnet, a business software firm with a specialization in corporate finance.
Shawn holds a degree in finance from Eastern Connecticut State University. He enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, golfing, jogging, and trying new cuisines.

The Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas has ended, and it was a successful and educational event for the OnSIP team. The official slogan of the conference was “BIG ideas, solutions, and outcomes”, and the gathering certainly lived up to this motto. In fact, Channel Partners states that it was the largest conference yet, with over 4,600 attendees and a 20 percent increase in new exhibitors.
The OnSIP team members who went to the show had a jam-packed schedule, meeting with many attendees, and sitting in on keynotes and panels. They took many pictures while they were there, and we wanted to share them with you!
