Status management
OnSIP’s presence management system allows you to quickly catch a glimpse of what’s going on with your team. People who are occupied float up to the top in your buddy list, so you immediately know they are unavailable for a call.
Indicators for phone and IM
OnSIP provides you with updates of your team’s IM AND phone status, updated in real time. You can see if the person you want to talk to is on the phone, and shoot them an IM all within the same browser window.
Update your personal status so your colleagues know when you’re ready to talk, and when you just don’t want to be bothered. Statuses such as “Do not disturb” will send all calls straight to voicemail!
