Some customers experiencing inbound/outbound call problems
We are currently experiencing an Internet routing issue with one of our main Internet connections. It is causing problems for both inbound and outbound calls for some customers. Our engineering team is working to route around the issue.
Update: We have detected a large Comcast routing issue affecting all of our customers on the Comcast network. Currently investigating.
Update (11:50 AM):Comcast appears to have resolved their routing issue. Please be advised that routing issue resolutions generally are not instantaneous. If you are relying on a Comcast Internet connection, your Internet service can be flaky for a period of time while routes are restored to normal.
