Team Status Management

The my.OnSIP interface tracks both the IM and phone status of people within the organization, giving each employee immediate insight into what’s happening with their team.

Individuals within the business organization who are on the phone float up to the top of the list so finding out who’s available for a call takes only a quick glance.

Personal Status Management

Like IM clients, my.OnSIP allows each user to set their personal status to be displayed to the rest of their team.

‘Away’ turns the IM icon grey, but leaves the phone icon green since calls may still go through to user devices besides the desk phone.

‘Do not disturb’ will turn both the IM and phone icons grey. Calls made to devices belonging to the user will automatically be sent to voicemail.
