Hunt Group
In a hunt group you designate an order of users to ring. Every time a call is routed to the hunt group, OnSIP will ring each user in order according to your pre-determined order of users. In the administrative portal, you can change the order, the group members or any attribute at any time.
You have the option to set the amount of time to ring each group participant.
If nobody answers the call, you also have the option to route the call anywhere within your OnSIP account (voice mailbox, external phone number, any user, etc.)
