Free Extension Dialing

Unlimited extension to extension dialing is always free. Using extensions is a simple way to reduce the cost of having dedicated phone numbers for every user.

Extensions are totally customizable and you can have as many as you like. Unlike most providers, we do not charge for hardly used extensions such as lobby, courtesy or conference room extensions. Because you pay only for what you use, these extensions are free for internal calling.

You can assign extensions to other OnSIP applications as well. For instance, many customers want to be able to transfer callers to the main attendant menu. By simply assigning a free extension to the attendant menu, users can transfer a caller to the main attendant with ease at no cost.

Adding an extension is easy through the administrative portal:

From any OnSIP-registered device, such as an IP Phone or software phone, you can dial the extension for direct dialing to your colleagues.

As you would expect with any PBX, extensions can be dialed by a caller while the attendant menu message is playing. The call will be immediately routed to the appropriate user.
