As of 5:27 EST the issue has been resolved. As stated, this routing issue affected a subset of inbound calls. The total time of the routing issue was just over 20 minutes.

Preliminary Analysis: One of the servers routing inbound calls to numbers starting with 600 and higher stopped responding to inbound call requests. Upon discover of the issue, that server was removed from the routing and calls were re-directed to another server. That server will be examined and root cause analysis performed. During a maintenance window, the server or a replacement if that server is deemed to have a hardware flaw causing the issue, will be placed back into service to maintain call distribution.

The issue did NOT affect 800 and 888 numbers.
