Network Outage - Inbound Calls "That Is Not A Valid Extension" Comments: 3
This morning we are tracking an issue with calls from the PSTN to our auto-attendants are not being routed to the proper location. Callers will dial an extension as normal to either go to the wrong place or be told "This is not a valid extension."
We believe that we are getting dual DTMF tones from our carrier across some numbers. We are opening a case with them to further investigate the issue. Please keep informed through our blog or twitter feed.

Update: We are still
Update: We are still working with our carrier for a solution this. We will continue to provide updates as we have them.
Issue Resolved
Our carrier has made a change and reported the issue resolved. Initial tests seem to confirm this. Please notify us if you continue to have problems.
Time stamps off by 4 hours
Not sure why, but the time stamps on the two updates are both off by four hours. The first was at 3:40 and the second at 5:49 EST.
To reiterate, as of 5:49EST (4/28/10) the issue affecting around a dozen phone numbers and the doubling of the DTMF input has been resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation.
