OnSIP to Attend Dreamforce 2014 for Customer Service Summit

OnSIP is attending Dreamforce 2014 in San Francisco!

We're excited to attend Salesforce's Dreamforce 2014 this week, October 13-16 in San Francisco. The conference is a high-energy event that brings together industry visionaries, product experts, and world leaders who will offer wide-ranging discussions on how to transform your business and your life. As a company that uses Salesforce for sales and support on a day-to-day basis, we're looking forward to gaining new insights into how the platform can be utilized to build lasting relationships with our business VoIP customers as well as network with people who are as interested in excellent CRM as we are.

The event will be held at several Dreamforce campuses across the city, and a varied array of speakers, including Hillary Clinton, Marc Benioff, Arianna Huffington, Al Gore, and even Neil Young, will offer their diverse viewpoints on topics that affect business leaders of all spectrums. Events will be held simultaneously at the Moscone Center, Marriott Marquis, InterContinental, The Palace Hotel, Hilton Union Square, Westin Market Street, Century Theaters at Westfield, and Westin St Francis.

Dreamforce will offer over 1,400 sessions and thousands of live solutions from the world’s largest cloud ecosystem. Sessions give participants chance to meet with Salesforce product teams, learn from expert users at top companies, and gain strategies for handling crucial business issues. This year's Dreamforce sessions will answer the following:

  • How do you market to your customers when they are everywhere?
  • How do you service customers on every channel?
  • How do you sell as a team with your customers?
  • How do you build a customer platform?
  • How do you transform the way you work?
