The WebRTC Conference and Expo is slated to have its latest run at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California on November 18-20, 2014. As Gold Sponsors of the event, OnSIP will host our traditional booth demonstrating our latest WebRTC-based products, and Lead Developer Will Mitchell will lead a talk about WebRTC and how it has been fully integrated into OnSIP's mature platform.

As the longest running global WebRTC Ecosystem Event, the conference will showcase some of the year's best WebRTC implementations, and informative panels will explore broader topics related to WebRTC. Our visit comes on the coattails of this summer's WebRTC Event Tour, a cross country road tour that saw OnSIP employees speaking and showcasing at five different WebRTC events. At the upcoming WebRTC Conference and Expo, OnSIP will showcase our InstaCall and OnSIP app solutions, along with our JavaScript SIP library SIP.js that takes care of WebRTC and SIP signaling.

"I'm very excited for the opportunity to give a keynote at the WebRTC Expo West this year," said OnSIP Lead Developer Will Mitchell. "There are so many interesting subjects that I'd like to tackle, but the hardest part is going to be picking just one. Between InstaCall, [the OnSIP app], and SIP.js itself, we've done so much with WebRTC this year. I look forward to highlighting the lessons we learned from incorporating WebRTC in out mature SIP platform."

At our last outing to the WebRTC Conference and Expo, OnSIP CTO John Riordan gave a talk in the session entitled Deploying WebRTC Successfully - The Big Issues, wherein he addressed the challenges involved when selecting a scalable signaling and media relay solution for a WebRTC application. Will also participated in a panel entitled New Conferencing Options, a discourse on identity and social networking and they relate to traditional telephony issues like mobile bandwidth and SIP versus IMS.
