OnSIP Presents WebRTC-based InstaCall at 15th Annual Call Center Week

OnSIP was proud to sponsor and present at the 15th Annual Call Center Week at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas this week.

We were proud to sponsor and present at the 15th Annual Call Center Week at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas this week (June 9 - 13). The event allows customer service leaders to share best practices and products that enhance call center experiences.

Over 1,500 attendees and 100 exhibitors attended the conference. OnSIP CEO Mike Oeth teamed with Kurt Wilson of RFMS, an OnSIP customer, to discuss his company's implementation of InstaCall.

"OnSIP's time at Call Center Week has been extremely productive and educational," said Director of Business Development Franklin Williams. "Mike and Kurt's talk highlighted the values of WebRTC while addressing real-world challenges and discussing how OnSIP has addressed them. The talk led to heavy followup from attendees interested in discussing potential partnerships in the future."
